We are HUNTZEN, Unipessoal Lda., a Portuguese limited company (Sociedade Unipessoal por Quotas) with a share capital of 15,000.00 euros, registered at Rua dos Lusíadas 5 5b, 1300-365 Lisbon, Portugal, with tax identification number 516481320 (hereinafter "HUNTZEN", "we", "our") and these are the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCSU) of HUNTZEN.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to read our GTCSU for the Website https://huntzenjobs.com (hereinafter the "Website"), published by HUNTZEN.

These GTCSU contain important information for you as a user of our Website and purchaser of our services, and apply to all services used or purchased on our Website.

Applicability of the GTCSU

The use of this Website, any related subdomains and all related services, products, offers and services, are expressly subject to your acceptance of these GTCSU. By using our Website or taking advantage of any of our services, the User ("Client", "Recruiter" or "Candidate") automatically accepts and complies with, without reservation or exception, these GTCSU, including future modifications announced by publication on our Website or otherwise notified.

HUNTZEN reserves the right to modify the GTCSU at any time and without notice. The modified GTCSU shall apply as soon as they are made accessible, without any further formality being required.

Important: If the User does not approve or disagree with these GTCSU, they may not use or access the Website, or make use of HUNTZEN's services.

Intellectual property

All content published on the Website (including logos, trademarks, copyrights, etc.) is the exclusive intellectual property of HUNTZEN and, without the express authorization of HUNTZEN, may not be distributed, modified or used in any way.

Any reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of content that has not been expressly authorized by its owners constitutes a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights protected by law and may give rise to administrative, civil or criminal proceedings in the event of a violation of such rights.

Access to and use of the Website and services does not transfer any ownership whatsoever.

Website content

On the Website, the User has the option to subscribe to HUNTZEN's Services. The User can access a description of the essential features of the services based on their profile (Client, Recruiter, Candidate) and the concept behind their development.

These services are available in Portuguese, French and English.

User Profiles

The use of the Website and services differ depending on the User's profile:

Client

Any private or public legal entity, registered on the Website, posting a job advertisement to receive applications from Recruiter or Candidate accounts.

Recruiter

Any natural or legal person, registered on the Website, recruitment professional, wishing to present Candidates to Companies that have posted a Job on the Website. Only persons with either recruitment experience or recruitment training may be Recruiters (and therefore claim the Bonus).

Candidate

Any natural person who has been recommended by a Recruiter and has agreed to be potentially contacted by the Client.

Service Description

For the Client

HUNTZEN allows, through its Website, the Client to register, publish offers, modify them and communicate with Recruiters via a dedicated platform, and organize their recruitments.

For the Recruiter

HUNTZEN allows, through its Website, the Recruiter to register, process CVs received and send CVs matching offers posted by Clients. In addition, Recruiters may receive bonuses when they have participated in a Client's recruitment.

For the Candidate

HUNTZEN allows, through its Website, the Candidate to register, submit a CV and organize through the dedicated platform, and receive bonuses if the submitted CV leads to a recruitment within 6 months.

Access to the Service

HUNTZEN endeavours to provide access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, and subject to possible breakdowns and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the Website and services.

Consequently, HUNTZEN cannot guarantee the availability of the site and/or services, the reliability of transmissions and performance in terms of response time or quality.

HUNTZEN shall not be held liable in the event of inability to access the site and/or use of the services.

Registration

Any legal entity or public body, duly represented, as well as any natural person who is of legal age and has legal capacity, is authorized to register on the Website. Registration is essential to access the Service.

Upon completion of registration, a username (i.e. email address or first and last name) and password must be chosen by the Client, Recruiter and/or Candidate. The username and password are entirely confidential and personal and must never be disclosed to third parties.

The Client, Recruiter and/or Candidate guarantee that the information provided at the time of registration is accurate and corresponds to reality.

For security and data protection purposes, HUNTZEN will delete accounts of Clients, Recruiters and/or Candidates that are inactive, or without credit or debit, for a period of one year.

Pricing and payment terms

All prices indicated by HUNTZEN on the Website and in other written documents issued by HUNTZEN are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the legal rate on the date of issuance of the corresponding invoice. All invoices are payable in euros.

HUNTZEN reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Financial conditions by profile:

For the Client

  • Invoices must be paid according to the conditions set out in the contracts signed between HUNTZEN and the Client
  • Payment must be made by bank transfer

For the Recruiter

  • The Recruiter will receive 70% of what the Client has paid to HUNTZEN for the completed recruitment
  • The recruitment of a Candidate whose CV was obtained via the HUNTZEN Website entitles a reduced bonus of 20%
  • Payment will be made by bank transfer once the trial period has been validated

For the Candidate

  • When a CV leads to a recruitment by a Client, HUNTZEN pays the Candidate 50% of what the Client paid
  • Payment will be made by bank transfer once the trial period has been validated

Obligations and responsibilities

Obligations of HUNTZEN

HUNTZEN undertakes to use all necessary means to ensure the best possible provision of the Service.

In order to preserve the quality of the Website, HUNTZEN reserves the right to refuse a Client, an advertisement, a Recruiter or a Candidate at its sole discretion.

In the event of non-compliance with the GTCSU by a User, HUNTZEN may unilaterally and without delay terminate the registration of any Client, Recruiter or Candidate, by simple electronic notification.

Obligations of the Client

  • Obligation to notify HUNTZEN of interviews with Candidates with feedback
  • Obligation to notify HUNTZEN of any completed recruitment

Obligations of the Recruiter

  • Obligation to notify HUNTZEN when a Candidate has been recruited
  • Obligation to send CVs with a report corresponding to the Client's search

Obligations of the Candidate

  • Obligation to notify HUNTZEN when there has been a recruitment or interview
  • Obligation to send a CV that corresponds to the job description

Exclusion of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of HUNTZEN or its affiliated companies is excluded in the event of loss or any other damage suffered by the User on the basis of or in connection with the conclusion of a service contract and use of the services offered on the HUNTZEN Website.

The Client, Recruiter or Candidate accepts that use of the services offered by HUNTZEN is at their own risk.

Delays, poor performance or total or partial non-performance of services in the event of force majeure cannot give rise to compensation.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between HUNTZEN and the User under these GTCSU is subject to Portuguese substantive law, unless the mandatory rules of the law of the User's country of residence apply.

In the event of difficulties in interpreting or performing the GTCSU, the User and HUNTZEN shall endeavour to settle their dispute amicably within thirty (30) calendar days.

Any judicial or arbitral dispute arising from the contractual relationship between HUNTZEN and the User under these GTCSU shall be submitted to the Portuguese courts.
